清洗花生米,清理杂质并捡出较小颗粒花生米,保留饱满、均匀、颗粒较大的花生米;将花生米平铺在烤盘上,设定烤箱温度180度、十五分钟,烘烤中要偶尔取出烤盘翻搅一下,使花生受热均匀防止烤糊;烤好后的花生取出、放凉,搓去红色种皮;将去皮花生米放入料理机内,启动打粉的功能,打出的花生粉细腻均匀,使用方便,可做馅料和凉菜调料。
